Yellow FCF is a synthetic water-soluble colorant providing vivid orange-yellow hue with excellent light/heat stability (pasteurization, baking up to 200°C) and high tinctorial strength at low dosage (10-200 mg/kg), maintaining consistent color across processing and storage. • Carbonated beverages: Provides stable orange coloring in soft drinks and energy drinks resisting fading through carbonation and light exposure, pH stable 3-4.
